Most activities used application and done online. The developments of the sharing and gig economy, which are facilitated by online platforms, no doubt have given a positive impact on our economies. It provides new opportunities to share assets, increase efficiency, lower prices and offers better services and more choice for both suppliers and consumers. The sharing
economy is usually linked with assets and the gig economy with services (OECD (2019), meanwhile gig economy can be defined as an economy in which thereare few permanent employees and most jobs are assigned to temporary or freelance workers where large numbers of people work on a part-time basis or temporary positions. Gig economy also can be explained as a free market system, of which temporary positions are common and corporations engage independent workers for short-term durations. Gig economy provides cheaper, more efficient services to customers, such as Grab, Maxim Car, Grab Food and Food Panda. In gig economy, temporary jobs and flexible hours are the norm, and corporations hire independent people and freelancers to perform the task. They are not considered as full time employees.
