Microbiology Laboratory Manual

Abstract

The Microbiology Laboratory Manual provides practical information to help students enrolled in a Microbiology course. It contains seven topics, including experimental background, list of materials, and procedures. In addition, students should complete a results and discussion section based on the results of each experiment. This will encourages critical thinking and evaluation of actual experimental results. The safety precautions and measures to be followed in the laboratory are also mentioned in this manual. Review questions are included at the end of this manual to help students feel more confident about possible exam material and provide a valuable opportunity to assess their knowledge of basic microbiology.
