This study will look at the motivational variables that contribute to the volunteer tourism program of students in Malaysia. Malaysia does have the ability to attract tourists due to its magnificent natural environment. As a result, the institution and students arrange a variety of activities each year to promote the university as a tourist destination in Malaysia’s northern area. Many of these campus activities were made possible by the Department of Student Affairs and thousands of student volunteers. Their contribution is evident and is seen as equally significant as that of full- time employees. Knowing their volunteers' motivational elements and degree of satisfaction allows organizers to plan, execute, and assess their contributions. Many studies have been conducted on the motivating factors, but relatively few have been conducted on volunteers.en_US
