By looking into The Big Five Model, the personality traits of those involve in grapevine can be identified and put forward to be analysed whether such relationship between personality factors and grapevine could influence the job performance among employees. It is hoped that the extension of this topic will be taken into further consideration by researchers, academics as well as policy makers |
