About 150 respondents among daily secondary school teachers in Terengganu need to answer the questionnaire that has been distributed. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) were chosen as a method in analyzing, interpret and test the development of the hypotheses. The findings reveal that there’s a direct and indirect effect of transformational leadership style on teacher’s organizational commitment. Emotional intelligence clearly proved as a mediator in this research. Importantly, results of this study have extended the literature of transformational leadership style, emotional intelligence and teacher’s organizational commitment in educational settings. |
